Organoleptic examination
Straw yellow
It opens with elegant aromas of lily and broom that intersect with the aromas of saffron and yellow plum. The aroma of petroleum is already present and defined.
On the palate this wine is soft and powerful, with a vigorous and lively acidity, which however leaves a refined taste in the mouth, integrating the mineral notes in an ideal way. The aftertaste is soft and elegant, making every sip irresistible
Pairings: stockfish all'anconetana
The state of the art of the expressive potential of Verdicchio fruit of an extreme viticulture, in some ways heroic.
