1968 represents an important date for the Bomprezzi/Mirizzi family: they purchased vineyards in Jesi and began producing quality wines.
Organic grapes harvested at the end of August and aged on yeasts for 30 months.
First harvest: 2015
Vineyard: Eroici di Monte Roberto, company plot of approximately 6000 m2 (0.6 ha) on a hill with 35% slopes in organic cultivation.
Soil: Sandstone marl with a sandy consistency
Grape yield per vine: approximately 2.8 kg
Harvest period: last week of August, manual harvest
Vinification and refinement: Traditional white vinification at controlled temperature.
Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, after 10 months of refinement on its noble lees with batonnage, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle and after a further 30 months the disgorgement takes place.
Further stasis in the bottle before marketing.
