Vineyards from a single age-old vineyard to alborello, on the hills of Cupra Marittima
The yield of grapes per plant is very low, settling on about two bunches per vine
Harvest: manual with meticulous selection of the bunches
Vinification: prolonged maceration for up to 60 days, then malolactic in small barrels. Sulphurous, clarifications and filtrations are abolished.
Aging: in barriques for a period of 30 months
