"Buraco" deep ruby red wine with shades of violet, characterised by a persistent, complex, broad,intense and slightly spicy ripe cherry and blackcurrant flavour. Tannins are well-balancedby the natural ageing process,the taste is dry, savoury,smooth and warm.

The Rosso Igt "Buraco" of the Cològnola-Tenuta Musone winery is an excellent example of expression of territory and grape variety, a powerful red rich in aromas and solid structure from 100% Montepulciano grapes.
Vinification: cold pre-maceration, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, delestage
Aging: 24 months in steel and barrel
Refinement in the bottle: 6 months
Organoleptic characteristics
Visual examination: intense ruby red in the glass with light purple hues
Olfactory examination: aromas are quite intense of cherries, blackberries and black currants with delicate spicy hints
Gustatory examination: on the palate it is intense, rich and concentrated with a pleasant fruit taste that recalls the olfactory sensations, the sip is soft and decidedly warm, with tannins well blended in the solid structure.
Pairings: ttimo or combined with pasta dishes and main dishes of land, cheese and stuffed pasta
