Organoleptic characteristics
Brilliant straw yellow
The nose opens with delicate notes of flowers and white fruits on light hints of yeast and bread crust
In the mouth, the sip is rich and intense, with a fine and persistent perlage, but it also knows how to be incisive and fragrant, up to a slightly almond finish.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with countless fish and seafood preparations.
