"Via Rosa" Via rosa is made with Montepulciano grapes vinified with the same technique used for white wines. It has a rosè colour with coral highlights, delicate smell and fruity flavour whichis very elegant and fresh; is an excellent example of expression of territory and grape variety.
Training system: spurred cordon
Vinification: in white of Montepulciano grapes
Aging: 4/6 months on noble lees
Contains sulphites
Obtained from selected grapes and vinified with the utmost care. It matures on the noble lees for 4/6 months. The result is a very elegant and delicate wine that aims at finding the balance between freshness and minerality.
Organoleptic characteristics
Visual examination: intense ruby, almost impenetrable.
Olfactory examination: fresh and elegant on the nose, with hints of fruit (blackberry, cherry)
Taste test: in the mouth we find it fresh, savory and aromatic, reminiscent of red fruits
Pairings: excellent aperitif, first and second courses of fish, fish broths, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses.
To appreciate it in its fullness, it must be served cool without dropping below 12 ° C.
