Vinification and refinement - cryomaceration for 8 hours at 6°C. Soft pressing with static decantation of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature.

Organoleptic notes
It is a fresh vintage wine with good structure, floral hints of lime and honey. Followed by notes of yellow plum and avocado.
On the palate, sapidity and softness stand out, with nuances of honeyed night in the finish.
Wine to be consumed in the time between one harvest and the next
Pairings: Seafood and fish from the Adriatic (fried), seasonal vegetables, raw and baked. White meats, cheeses: pecorino and blue cheeses.
