Harvest / grapes specially selected for rosé vinification are harvested in the first ten days of September.
Fermentation / once in the cellar the grapes are de-stemmed and conveyed to the press, the whole environment is inerted with carbonic snow so that the primary aromas are not lost. Only the free-run must obtained from the first stages of pressing is used for production.
Fermentation takes place at a temperature of about 14/15 ° C.
At the end the wine is kept for a few months on the fine lees to increase its structure.
Organoleptic examination
Brilliant quartz pink.
The first impact is floral with hints of pink and purple, with notes of small red fruits.
Good structure typical of the grape of origin, stands out for its pleasant freshness and intense minerality.
