Production method; Natural infusion of botanicals in maceration (>14 days) in hydroalcoholic solution + subsequent extraction of botanicals by ultrasound + review of the finished product in the presence of wood (French oak and quassio)
Aromatic profile;
Spicy profile: Walnut Hull, Juniper, Wild Fennel Seeds, White Pepper;
Herbaceous profile: Laurel, Vine Leaves, Lemon Leaves, Rosemary, Thyme, St. John's Wort;
Citrus profile: Lemon Peel, Bitter Orange Peel.
Guidelines:
Distinctive note of Laurel. Bitter and herbaceous notes given by high percentages of "St. John's Wort" and vine leaves
Woody notes given by the final review of the product in the presence of French oak and quassio.
There is no added colorants or extracts. The product is not clarified, but filtered using thick granulometries, to obtain a product that is the purest perception of the botanicals present in the recipe.
The production is done in small batches, in an artisanal way and the product is packaged by hand at the manufacturing plant.
