MIRUM 30 years 1988-2018 The Monacesca Verdicchio di Matelica wine born to celebrate the 30 vintages of Mirum and produced only in this unique and exclusive vintage, creating a special cuveè composed of a mix of vintages ranging from 2010 to 2018.

Vinification: Manual harvest of the grapes, previously left slightly overripe in the plant for about two weeks, and immediate soft pressing without the use of sulfur dioxide; fermentation in steel for about 20 days at 20 ° C, resting on the fine lees until the following spring, natural trigger of malolactic fermentation at the beginning of summer.
Aging: eighteen months in steel and six months in the bottle, to be marketed two years after harvest, with official release on December 1, as per production regulations
