Vinification: Soft pressing at controlled temperature and cold maceration, aging in steel
Color: straw yellow with slight greenish reflections
Smell: Fruity with fine notes of apple and ripe peach, floral expresses hawthorn and lily flowers.
Taste: Very balanced to the taste between softness and freshness, persistent, the great body and the alcohol balance the high freshness.
Pairings: The aromas and good structure of this wine recommend it to be paired with foods with a strong taste whether they are based on fish or meat
