Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation in steel for the mineral core and in wood for the body with native fermentation and then reassembled.
Organoleptic notes
Deep straw yellow color, with bright golden reflections.
Pleasant aromas of lime blossom, hawthorn and jasmine, intertwined with fruity hints of golden apple, pear, citrus fruits and vanilla.
On the palate it offers frustrated and citrus notes, enriched by appreciable softness and flavor.
Pairings: Spaghetti with seafood or risotto with scampi, lime and ginger.
