Savage is a wine with a well-defined personality, born from soft and minimally traumatic pressing and handling for the grapes, the musts were macerated with extreme attention to maintaining the aromas, extracting the color and managing the sweetness and elegance of the tannins.
Malolactic fermentation in barrique and subsequent aging in French and Hungarian oak for approximately 15 months.
