A red that perfectly combines the two most typical varieties of Piceno: Montepulciano and Sangiovese of great elegance, in which the softness of the first attenuates the tannic texture and the natural exuberance of the second in a whole of great balance, harmony and power.
Vinified in steel with 40-day maceration at a controlled temperature, enjoyable immediately but will be able to give emotions even over the years.
Tasting Notes
Dark ruby red,
on the nose it expresses a beautiful bouquet composed of notes of violet, wisteria, cherry, licorice and cardamom.
Warm and soft on the palate, long, satisfying, characterized by a barely hinted tannic texture and a slight acidity that outlines the trait up to a closure of impeccable persistence.
Pairings - Throughout the meal, it goes perfectly with roasts and stewed meats. Also excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
