CAMBRUGIANO Verdicchio di Matelica DOCG Riserva the wine with which Belisario has experienced the greatest emotions.
It was the first Verdicchio in the “Riserva” type. Produced since 1988 only with Verdicchio grapes vinified with the cryomaceration method.

Harvest: with constant scientific control of all stages of maturation, the grapes are harvested at the time considered optimal for the individual products to be obtained

Vinification: it involves the cryomaceration of the skins with the must at very low temperatures, thanks to which a "targeted" extraction of the most interesting aromas is obtained

Aging: matures in steel and partly in toasted oak barrels for at least one year and refines another year in the bottle

The complexity of the production is the complexity of its organoleptic heritage: Marche hills, Mediterranean sun, floral aromas, vanilla, great structure, savory, persuasive, harmonious.
The color shows a crystalline, straw yellow with golden reflections
It expresses the character of the grape with charm, at the top even in difficult years.
Softness and structure in the mouth accompany the lively flavor in a wonderful balance towards a finish that brings out the fruity sensations again
