Pairings - An ideal companion throughout the meal, it is particularly recommended with fish and delicate meat starters, raw and cooked cured meats, pasta and risotto with fish or shellfish sauce or white truffles, mixed fried foods, boiled and sauced noble fish, or baked in the oven with wine and aromas. Ideal with shellfish cooked in any way and with international fish dishes.
