A sparkling wine dedicated to the president who in 1970 gave a strong impression of the sparkling wine of Verdicchio in Colonnara: a charismatic, determined and characterful man.
A noble and sweet sparkling wine at the same time, a cuvée aged for around 42 months in which the freshness of the Verdicchio is enhanced.
Organoleptic notes
We test intense, elegant and typical aroma. Emerging feelings of crusty bread, ripe and dry fruit that recall the toasted nocturnes and almonds
Savoury dry, hot, slightly bitter, fresh with good sweetness, balanced body.
Long, persistent taste and smell that captures the elegant notes perceived in the smell.
Similarly: wine from all the dishes, happily married with fish and meat appetizers, raw salami and cured meats, first courses with fish sauce or crostini, stir-fried with Italian, boiled fish, sausages or fries or oven-baked cakes. Ideal with all the types of crostini.
