Only the best bunches of the Brondoleto cru contribute to the production of our Verdicchio Selezione.
Vinification: Only the flower must is taken from the pressing, which matures for a part and ages in oak barrels for 6 months.
Organoleptic notes
Straw yellow.
On the nose puffs of green apple, pineapple, linden flowers and broom.
On the palate it stands out for its freshness which forms the background to the notes of white peach, licorice root and vanilla.
Savory and mineral, it is nicely balanced. Complex and deep, it closes with a decisive but elegant air.
Good traditions have deep roots.
