The passage of time in our lands, more than in other places, is marked by the alternation of the seasons.
The blue of our hills warms up with the arrival of autumn, the hot sultry summer will be followed by a cold snowy winter, the hard work in the fields will always give the generous fruit of the earth.

Production area: Municipality of Serrapetrona, vineyard with southern exposure, 500 m. above sea level
Soil composition: Sandy-clayey with a good percentage of limestone
Training system: Inverted and guyot with 6000 vines/ha
Harvest: Manual in crates, beginning of September with careful selection of the best grapes
Vinification: Destemming of the berry with selection table, placing in steel barrels with controlled temperature, soft pressing, élevage in wood
