Production area: Municipality of Serrapetrona, vineyard with southern exposure 500 m a.s.l.
Soil composition: Sandy-clayey with a good percentage of limestone
Training system: Inverted and guyot with 6000 vines/ha
Harvest: Manual in crates, at the end of October, with careful selection of the best grapes
Vinification: Destemming of the berry with selection table, placing in steel barrels with controlled temperature, soft pressing, élevage in wood

Red color with violet reflections.
Intense fruity and floral aromas, Lacus surprises the most expert palates, with the refined spicy note typical of the Vernaccia Nera grapes.
