Galileo from the farm Guerrieri is a wine of great and immediate pleasure.
Cultivation method: spurred cordon.
Early thinning of the grapes, average production 1.5 kg per plant
Late harvest with careful selection of the grapes.
Vinification: 15 days of maceration of the grapes, red vinification at a controlled fermentation temperature.
Aged for 12 months in large barrels and another 12 in the bottle.
Organoleptic notes
Ruby red wine tending towards garnet,
enveloping with a soft and persistent flavor of great structure.
With a clear, spicy aroma of morello cherries and berries.
Pairings: red meats, game and game. It should be uncorked well in advance.
