Organoleptic examination
Very pure ruby color and bright scent of fresh red fruits, ripe strawberry tree from the woods. Sometimes aromatic hints reminiscent of eucalyptus.
The patronage of tertiary perfumes slowly emerges, hints of leather, delicate vanilla and nutmeg.
The perfect balance of taste sensations gives life to a persistent and harmonious sweetness without ever losing the throbbing acidity of Sangiovese

Pairings: Italian appetizers and first courses of great flavor. Red meats of simple preparation.
