EGOS rosé wine made only from organic Sangiovese grapes grown on the hills of Matelica.
After a short cold maceration of the pressed grapes in the press, the white vinification process follows and then refines in stainless steel tanks.
This wine shows a bright and luminous cherry pink color, the nose expresses floral and fruity scents with notes of cherry and strawberry while on the palate it strikes for great elegance, softness, a pleasant freshness and an excellent aromatic persistence.

Soil: Loose medium mixture
Yield per hectare: 100 quintals
Processing: Grapes harvested when fully ripe, after destemming-crushing, short maceration (4-5 hours) at cold (15 ° C) in the press, then soft pressing, cold cleaning of the must for 24 hours and fermentation at low temperature (16 ° C).
Aging: In stainless steel tanks for 3 months with periodic batonnage.
