Jana is the Verdicchio di Matelica DOC in the culture of tradition.

Clayey-limestone soil. - Yield per hectare 110 - 130 q
Harvest: Manual harvest of the grapes
Vinification: Crushing and soft pressing of the grapes, static decantation of the must and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature with the addition of selected yeasts.
Aging 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic notes
Bright straw yellow color with green reflections.
Elegant and intense aroma with floral, (acacia and broom) and fruity (grapefruit, apple, apricot and peach) notes.
Harmonious flavor, fresh and savory, with fruity and floral aromas.
Pairing: Starters and first courses based on fish, fried foods, cured meats and unmatured cheeses, raw fish.
The result of a millenary winemaking vocation in the area with Piceno origins, the oldest in the upper Vallesina.
