Soil: Loose and of medium texture.
Yield per hectare: 100-120 quintals
Processing: Grapes harvested at right ripeness, polyphenolic and aromatic, destemming and soft pressing, fermentation with maceration for 7 - 10 days on the skins with periodic pumping over, racking and malolactic fermentation with the use of selected lactic bacteria.
Aging: 100% in stainless steel tanks and about 6 months in the bottle.

Ruby red with purple reflections.
Ample and persistent bouquet with hints of violets and ripe red fruit.
