The “Queen of Visciola” from the Fabrizi Family company is the creation that revisits the typical drink of the Marche. It was born with absolute respect for tradition, but trying to make this beloved fruit taste even for those who are not particularly fond of sweets.
Produced with the Ancestral Method (refermentation in the bottle) with white and red grapes, typical of the area.
Once ready, the wine is bottled with the yeasts, horizontally for approximately 2/3 weeks, and then placed vertically again for another 2/3 weeks.

It is characterized by its bright pink colour, slightly tending towards red,
aromas of red fruits, it is delicious and pleasant on the palate, with its fine, never intrusive bubbles.
Its flavor and acidity replace the typical sweet note, but bring out the typical characteristics of the fresh fruit.
