The San Lorenzo 2009 is a purebred white produced by Fattoria San Lorenzo. Produced only in the best years.
Over time it manages to give surprising aromatic characteristics.
Verdicchio in the vineyard is grown by accompanying it to maturation according to biodynamic concepts.
Vinification: carries out both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in concrete/steel where it ages for 140 months before being placed in glass to rest for approximately 12 months.
Organoleptic examination
Golden yellow in colour.
The nose expresses itself with a wide range of aromas ranging from aromatic herbs, ripe yellow fruit and dried fruit.
Balsamic and resinous notes stand out. On the palate aromas of honey, spices and resin accompany a pleasant flavor. Structured, soft, enveloping and with a long finish.
Pairings: with fish-based dishes (both first and second courses), including processed ones, also try with white meats.
Wines with a rustic and traditional style, the result of ancient farming practices, territorial wines, rich in personality and character: not attributable to any type of homologation.
