It is a still red capable of expressing all the extraordinary potential of one of the most important grape varieties in Italy, also in terms of longevity.
Vinification: fermentation takes place in steel and whose maturation takes place in large oak barrels for at least 30 months.
Tasting notes
dark ruby red,
the nose reveals notes of beetroot, elderberry, cocoa, ink and licorice. An unmistakable olfactory profile that opens to a rich, deep and sanguine taste.
Balanced by a slight acidity, it is remembered for a beautiful gustatory texture and for a very long finish.
Pairings: it goes well with rich meat dishes. Excellent with stews and braised meats.
Wines with a rustic and traditional style, the result of ancient farming practices, territorial wines, rich in personality and character: not attributable to any type of homologation.
