Amar Mossi is an artisanal bitter compound, the main botanicals that make it unmistakable are gentian, quassio, cascarilla... spicy and bitter notes.
Area of origin: Municipality of Santa Barbara.
Ingredients: Water, alcohol, sugar, natural herbal extracts, flavourings. Everything is unfiltered and without added colorings.
The flavor is complex, but incredibly smooth. Enhanced by the vines that make up this bitter.
Bright amber color.
I perfume botanical essences such as gentian.
Pairings: To be enjoyed cold... smooth or with ice. When mixed it is perfect with cocktails such as the Americano or Negroni.
