Soil Type - Medium texture with rich skeleton, facing North / East at an altitude of 260 m asl
Training System - Spurred cordon
The vinification in steel lasts for 21 days, while the aging in barriques for 18 months
Organoleptic characteristics
Visual examination - Intense ruby red
Olfactory Analysis - Great hints of wild berries (blackberries, raspberries), red fruit (cassis, ripe cherries), ample aromas of spices (red pepper, cocoa and menthol), all wrapped in graphite mineral
Gustatory Analysis - You immediately notice a great softness that enhances its pleasantness. The tannins are sweet and persuasive; the wine is long and persistent
