Sistema Allevamento: Cordone speronato
La fermentazione avviene in serbatoi di acciaio, viene condotta con lieviti indigeni ed il mosto resta a macerare con le bucce per 1 settimana. Dopo la fermentazione il vino resta a contatto con le proprie fecce fino all’imbottigliamento senza subire travasi a filtrazioni.

Manifesta una opalescenza naturale, dovuta alla non filtrazione del prodotto e a sedimenti naturali
Naso pungente di rara bellezza, l’uscita del profumo è protetta dalla nota fermentativa che sembra creare una stratificazione nella quale si scorgono carnosità e mineralità
