Gin Mossi is an artisanal gin, a true cologne to wear on the palate.
Gin Mossi was born from the inspiration and inventiveness of Stefano Antonucci and from the eclectic sense of smell of the perfumer Baldo Baldinini. It is the result of the union of several distillates, alcoholates and essential oils of selected raw materials, expertly produced and blended. The essences and botanicals come from the top-level perfumery market.
The characteristics of the aromatic profile are all to be discovered. In fact, the botanicals that make up Gin Mossi are not revealed, just to leave you the fun and pleasure of understanding what is actually present inside the product.
The flavor is complex and dry, but incredibly smooth, rich in spicy aromas that can be appreciated by drinking Gin Mossi both straight and in a cocktail.
To be enjoyed cold ... straight or with ice. When mixed it is perfect as a Gin & Tonic, combined with neutral tonics.

Each harvest is an important examination regarding the life of the grapes and the land. Year after year, the commitment to improve the quality standard of the raw material, taking into account the tradition and history of the soil but at the same time applying new production concepts, through the practice of thinning and an obsessive care for the health of the grapes.
