Vineyard: Altitude 350 meters above sea level, south / east exposure, clayey limestone soil.
Vinification technique: manual harvest of the grapes in the second half of September, pressing in a protected atmosphere, fermentation at a controlled temperature, refining "sur lies" for three months and subsequent refining in the bottle.
Organoleptic examination
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
It has hints of fruit and flowers that, with the refinement, blend with notes of almond and fermented fruit.
On the palate it is dry, with balanced freshness and flavor.
Pairings: grilled fish and local dishes such as rabbit in potacchio.
