In the navy environment, the anchor is a symbol with many and deep meanings. It is the means by which the boat obtains stability, firmness, and becomes safe in a way. But it is also immovable, as representing a sign of solid bond, loyalty, and hope. The word “Hope” refers to this meaning but in the sound it also recalls the word Hop (hops), one of the basic ingredients to create a good beer.
Light golden beer, with a limpid, creamy, white foam pretty persistent. Soft, round, and delicate aromas of malt and floral hops entertain the palate. Light body. The dry finish and the generous carbonation make Hope a clean, fresh, and easy-drinking beer.
Top-fermentation craft beer.
