Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation in red for 14 - 16 days at a controlled temperature (24 - 26 ° C); storage in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Organoleptic examination
Color: intense ruby red
Nose: vinous, delicate, fragrant, with hints of raspberries and currants
Taste: it is dry, harmonious and rightly tannic
Pairings: Wine for the whole meal. It goes well with first courses, white meats and cheeses.
