Cimare 'CasalFarneto Rosso Piceno DOC
Wine obtained from a selection of grapes from the best vineyards in the area.
Harvest done manually at the right time of sugar, acid and pH ripeness, usually depending on the variety from early to mid-October.
The winemaking process takes place with long macerations to facilitate the maximum extraction of aromatic substances and aged in small oak barrels for 8 months and for a further 6 months in the bottle.

Intense ruby red.
Intense aroma of red flowers, fresh red fruit, berries, spices.
Very pleasant, elegant, warm, soft and harmonious.
Pairings: At the table with everything that is savory and structured, first courses with red sauces, meats, game, cured meats and aged cheeses.
