PAO Orange wine CasalFarneto Marche IGT Bianco
A much more complex, rich, structured dry white wine both on the nose and in the mouth, an opulent, full-bodied, very mineral, savory wine.
Produced in the hinterland of central Marche, in company-owned vineyards. The soil is of medium texture tending towards loose, with south-east exposure.
Harvest: Last ten days of September
Vinification: maceration of the must in contact with the skins and yeasts for several months in alternative containers such as terracotta and ceramic.
Everything that is in the peel can be found in the wine.
After the vinification and maturation period, the wine ages for at least 3 months in the bottle.
