Merlot fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine is refined in new barriques of fine and medium toasted grain.
Organoleptic characteristics
Lively and consistent ruby red
Enveloping with sensations of morello cherry and blackberry. Balsamic nuances of licorice and well-mixed tertiary hints.
Notes of ripe red fruit, vanilla, coffee and chocolate. Soft, full-bodied, rightly warm and enveloping. Soft and balanced tannins
Pairing: ideal wine in combination with grilled meat dishes, roasts, game. Excellent with aged cheeses to close a rich table
