Training System - Upside down counter espalier
The vinification lasts 21 days and takes place in steel tanks with constant temperature control. It is then left free in wooden barrels.
Organoleptic characteristics
Brilliant straw yellow color
Composite sensations on the nose, peach-nut, touches of thyme, slightly mentholated and almond finish.
The mouth is dense and crunchy, brackish, excellent persistence, with a fruity-officinal finish and an almondy return.
Food pairings: oysters, shellfish, sauced fish dishes. Uncorking at the moment.

Each harvest is an important examination regarding the life of the grapes and the land. Year after year, the commitment to improve the quality standard of the raw material, taking into account the tradition and history of the soil but at the same time applying new production concepts, through the practice of thinning and an obsessive care for the health of the grapes.
