Training System: Double overturned
The vinification takes place in steel tanks. The three grapes are vinified separately according to the degree of ripeness. Refinement takes place in barriques.

Intense ruby red with garnet reflections
Intense forest fruits with persistent presence of Marasca
Intense and persistent flavor, ripe fruit, especially raspberry and currant

Each harvest is an important examination regarding the life of the grapes and the land. Year after year, the commitment to improve the quality standard of the raw material, taking into account the tradition and history of the soil but at the same time applying new production concepts, through the practice of thinning and an obsessive care for the health of the grapes.
