Every wine that comes out of the traditional schemes starts from an idea that is born a little by chance and a little by bet.
The white "Stefano Antonucci" is born from the use of different woods, both in terms of type and size.

Soil Type - Of medium texture, facing East and South / East at an altitude of 250 m asl
The vinification lasts four weeks and takes place in steel tanks with constant temperature control. It is then released in French wooden barriques. The start of the temperature occurs initially with indigenous yeasts, the inoculation with the selected yeast occurs when a gradation of 5-6% of alcohol is reached.
