The vinification in steel lasts for 21 days, while the aging in barrique lasts 18 months

Very intense ruby red
Great hints of berries (blackberries, raspberries), red fruit (cassis, ripe cherry), broad aromas of spices (red pepper, cocoa and menthol), all wrapped in graphite mineral
You immediately notice a great softness which enhances its pleasantness. The tannins are sweet and persuasive; the wine is long and persistent
Pairings: it is the ideal companion for game, lamb and great cheeses.
