Caterina bears the name of the second granddaughter of Giuseppe Bonci, fifth generation of the Bonci family.
Obtained from Verdicchio grapes produced in the Pietrone district, from which mineral wines are obtained capable of expressing elegance, longevity, body and territory in the refermentation in the bottle.
Conservation: 5 years and more.The maturation on the lees lasts more than 36 months.
