Vallerosa Bonci

For four generations the Bonci family has started its wine production and marketing business.

The moment of harvest, rich in traditions, culture, work but also celebrations.

For the Vallerosa Bonci Company it is still a moment made up of people, hands, voices, perfumes and not machines.

The harvest is the result of work, waiting, gestures and care that are repeated over time.

The processing of the grapes in all its stages of crushing, cleaning, filtering takes place with the best methods and the aid of new technologies, accompanied by the wise tradition and knowledge handed down from father to son.

The passage of the grapes, from the box to the press, is still done manually so that the grapes arrive in the whole press, without being pressed.

Where the great CRUs are born and named.

San Michele obtained from a vineyard located in the S. Michele district, the oldest and most suited for the production of Verdicchio.

The Viatorre derives from a vineyard located in the Torre district where the Bonci winery is also located, a fresh and floral wine is born from the medium-textured soil.

The Manciano from clayey soil with veins of sand exposed to the east, this floral Cru with nuances of anise and sage is born.

The Pietrone of a wonderful golden yellow comes from vineyards located in the homonymous district.

In the heart of the Marche region and on one of the sunny and green hills that line the sides of the right bank of the Esino river rises Cupramontana, the noble and ancient homeland of Verdicchio.

The Vallerosa Bonci Agricultural Company currently owns 30 hectares of land, of which 26 are planted with specialized vineyards for the production of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico with a controlled designation of origin.
