The low yield per hectare, the age of planting, the clonal varieties of Verdicchio create the ideal conditions for the production of this "cru".
Geographical position: the happy southern exposure and 400 meters. in height they create a particularly happy microclimate for the production of quality grapes. Vineyard located in the "San Michele" district. Characterizing element of this area is the remarkable thermal contrast that is created between day and night in the last phase of ripening of the grapes thus ensuring a stability of aromatic precursors that give elegance and finesse to the wine

Vinification: selection of the grapes harvested in boxes, pressing of the whole grapes, cleaning of the must and fermentation at controlled temperature for 25 days. Refinement: 3 months in bottle
