Wine of ancient nobility among the white Marche, known and appreciated for its unique characteristics.
Type of soil: Tufaceo sandy, exposed to North / East and North / West, at an altitude of 250 m above sea level.
Rearing system: upside-down counter-espalier
The vinification takes place in steel tanks and has an average duration of 2 weeks, during which the temperature is constantly monitored. Only selected yeasts are used.
