Harvest period: 2nd decade of September
Vinification: The freshly picked grapes are cooled and softly pressed so as to have the least extraction of color.
The must is immediately cooled and decanted naturally. The clarified free-run must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of around twelve degrees centigrade.
After fermentation, the wine is aged on its own yeasts for a few months, giving the wine aromatic complexity.

A contemporary bubble that enchants with its charm and refined delicacy.
On the nose hints of small vosco fruits and pleasant floral fragrances.
Elegant, smooth, dynamic sip with a brilliant fruity freshness made complex by a pleasant minerality; persistent finish.
