Stracacio is a Verdicchio dei Castelli produced with grapes that come from old clones recovered by the oenologist Bruni from an experimental vineyard, it is the perfect synthesis between body, roundness, softness and vibrant fresh-savory energy
Vinification: Fermentations take place spontaneously with maceration on the skins for 3 days and refinement for 18 months in steel and concrete tanks.
Organoleptic notes
In the glass it has a bright golden yellow color.
A rich, soft and complex wine, characterized by a broad aromatic bouquet.
On the nose it is complex and mineral, with hints of yellow fruit, citrus fruits, chamomile, dried herbs, sweet spices and hydrocarbons. It is rich, soft, energetic and complex, with a very broad and varied aromatic spectrum.
The sip is round, warm, soft and full-bodied, with energetic freshness and flavor, with a long persistence.
