Bacco Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico Superiore is a dry and intense white. The ideal wine for high-level daily use, leaving room for the festive day; low sulfur content, like the others, to be a healthy and digestible wine.
Wine produced with a selection of grapes from the Coroncino vineyards.
The soil is predominantly clayey with medium texture.
Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts.
Aging: 12 months on fine steel lees
