Hand picked in crates in June for cherries and mid-September for Verdicchio grapes
Preparation: Spontaneous fermentation of the flower must of the cherries then combined with the still wine of the following Verdicchio harvest with the addition of sugars only after fermentation to obtain an excellent balance between acidity, sugars and all the aromatic components.
Maturation: 12 months in stainless steel tanks
Refinement: 6 months in the bottle
